On the Existence of Alien & Technologically Intelligent Extraterrestrial Life

On the matter of the existence of complex, cognitively advanced organismic life beyond Earth -- for sure, we are not alone in the least

1. Where the conditions conducive to life as we know it exist sufficiently, life exists.

This is to say, "Where life is technically possible, there is life."

If the intellectually suitable and suitably equipped of the best and brightest of our species are unable to find life in this context, then they do not measure up (and must think and strategize harder and better) in detecting the life, or such life is incipient, dormant or latent, or will return, in the cliche of "in some way, shape or form."

2. Where the conditions conducive to life as we know it once existed sufficiently, life existed under those conditions.

This is to say, "Where life was technically possible, it existed there."

3. In the energy, matter, space, time, space-time cosmological, exponentially virtually innumerable, interminable rolls of the dice and lottery draws in virtually boundless ontology, it is impossible for life as we know it and don't know it, of lesser, equal and greater organismic and technological, as well as of exotic, intelligence, to not exist pervasively throughout our galaxy, the Milky Way (with an estimated 300,000,000,000 stars unto itself), and the universe.

Re-construed, this is to say that microbes of all kinds and hierarchically complex animals and plants, as well as other forms of life, must and indeed do exist in abundance elsewhere beyond our solar system, throughout the universe.

4. It is an a priori forgone conclusion of compulsory fact that stars very most typically are the nuclei of solar systems with gravitationally entrained celestial satellite bodies orbiting them, despite mainstream, institutional space science's official announcement that 40% of stars have so far been found to have planetary systems -- prior to the 1990s, institutional space science was uncertain as to whether stars other than the Earth's Sun had planets or that life exists anywhere in the universe aside from Earth, with the latter formalized in long held Fermi's Paradox. The finding that less than 50% of stars have planets is a tentative finding based on a small and tenuous observation, and crude, indirect means of observation, of other solar environments and stars, and so is more of a theoretical statistical postulation in the true sense of the term theory than a galactic or universal statistical fact -- so to speak, it is a tentative fact, warranting qualitatively far more acute and direct observational study as well as a statistically far larger sample size of a diversity of star types. However, over the long term, empirical science may conclusively refute, as oppose to concur with, the dictates of logic and mathematical probability in ultimately determining that there are indeed significantly fewer mother stars than maiden or solitary, hermit or loner stars in our galaxy and beyond, where these three approaches to understanding and posing and ascertaining facts are generally in agreement.

A scientific theory, contrary to populist and religious notions of the term theory, is not philosophy, doctrine, ideology, opinion, or reverie or personal or mass arbitrary surmise, viewpoints, supposition, speculation, assertion or belief based on written or spoken tall tales, or written or spoken personal stories or accounts of experience, often of the unusual, incredible, fabulous, magical and miraculous, or sworn or unsworn testimonials, relating to the spiritual or supernatural or cosmological, or hearsay or unsubstantiated or unproven and untestable audacious claims of divinely inspired scripture, or divinely conferred knowledge, status, rank, wealth or authority or leadership or divine contact and patronage or of divine reproductive descent. It is not based on hearsay and say-so or insistence, or trust me or mere trust, without verification or objective assurance, as characterizes and is the mainstay belief foundation of faith-based exponents and subscribers (X says it, therefore it is so; I believe it, therefore it is so), and is not influenced or determined by the social or political power of the religious myth- consuming and superstitious, gullible rabble or majority of the citizenry or by politically pandering government decree. Rather, science is based on concrete information, reason, analysis and fact and is entirely committed to objectively examining, characterizing, defining and understanding things and their composition, structures, processes, functions and behavior, as well as cause-and-effect, action-and-reaction, and stimulus-and-response relationships, and the relationships and associations of things, and interactions between and among things, and verification of these. Fundamentally the endeavor of science is to inquire, survey, inventory, investigate, discern and discover, and to ascertain fact, or truth, first and foremost, and the essence and nature of things -- that is, "to know" factually. In a spiritual sense, science might be thought of as a cognitively and emotionally transcendent adventure and experience of exploration and discovery, research and discovery, observation and discovery, analysis and discovery, critique and discovery, and wonder, curiosity, intrigue, probing, insight, comprehension and understanding, and knowledge and learning. Scientific theories are unassuming or unpresumptuous testable extrapolations (tentative or conclusive individual inductions and deductions, or sets of these, depending on the complexity or simplicity of the object of study and its data set) based on systematic observations of a phenomenon -- that is, extrapolations that are insinuated by a non-selective and unbiased body of facts relating to the phenomenon of study. Wisely, a conclusive theory, or a theory that has been consistently and roundedly confirmed by peer review (inclusive of experiments), is still referred to as a theory rather than doctrine, because any fact or theory of science is forever open to challenge or dispute with honest, comprehensive or full-scale proof. A theory itself is an inclusive body or system of available facts -- as opposed to a tendentious, selectively biased collection of facts -- relevant to a particular subject or field of study that explains a phenomenon and from which inferences can be made to reliably make predictions about that phenomenon, as well as often the subject and/or field of study.

Theories may be simple or complex and may evolve and be augmented or amended, and refined and perfected or be abandoned with the accumulation of further definitive information or facts applicable to the extrapolations. Because science is ultimately based on findings of fact and assumes and affirms nothing -- no tendered proposition or hypothesis -- as fact in advance and in the absence of observation, a testable scientific or educated (informed) guess (hypothesis), hypothesis testing and evidence, proof and substantiation, it sometimes comes to an definitive finding, or determination of fact, later (when the determinative data are gathered and evaluated) than more fallible mathematical probability projections and the intuitions or adjudications of rigorous logic may have already argued or postulated to be the outcome -- however, sometimes a projected outcome that may make sense mathematically or according to logic may not correspond to or accord with the empirical reality in nature that is determined by formal science (that is, it may not accord with established fact). In short, scientific theories utilize findings of fact to evaluate, understand and explain phenomena. What are informally referred to as theories in the news media -- such as police and district attorney theories of the reason or reasons for a criminal act or academic theories of personality -- very often are tenuous hypotheses based on the hints of casual and haphazard observations and the verbal reports and attestations of others, if they are based on evidence at all. Most often they are not at all based on an objectively obtained body of insinuating evidence or findings of fact, but are merely subjective explanatory conjectures or conceptions, though they may be well-reasoned, elaborate and not worthless explanations. If an explanations does not meet the standards of an evidence-based (explanatory) model, it is not a true theory.

Not all hypotheses are adjudicated as right or wrong by experiment and the consistent replication and outcome of an experiment. Rather they are adjudicated by testing, which generally involves an experiment or systematic and/or inclusive, unbiased field observations. For instance, the mathematician and astronomer Galileo Galilei confirmed the heliocentric hypothesis of the mathematician, astronomer and nobleman Nicolaus Copernicus that the Earth revolves around the Sun and not the Sun around Earth by observing outer space and other of our solar system celestial objects with a telescope he constructed, a fact observable forever more by anyone who will observe the night sky with a sufficiently acute telescope.

Because the Cosmological Prophet is not a scientist but admittedly is a science dunce, his conclusion or prophesy that stars most typically have planetary systems or celestial satellite systems around them, arrived at by his exercising lazy or simplistic fuzzy-math common sense, may be ahead in time of the eventual finding of fact of science regarding this matter, as its tools of extraterrestrial observation and discovery are greatly improved. However, like all of the other ignoramus and authoritarian prophets and their disciples, without exception, of heretofore history, he also may be proven dogmatic, fallible, ridiculous, and out of his element and league, and just another status seeker, power seeker, attention seeker and wealth seeker like everybody else in his/her/their own way/s.

This discussion in the defining of a theory and an hypothesis and in explaining the approach of science and the scientific method as contrasted with the method of the Cosmological Prophet in concluding the incidence of planetary or celestial satellite systems orbiting stars leads to an explanation of the distinction between a theory and an hypothesis. An hypothesis is a scientific guess, in explanation or prediction of something, that is derived from casual observation of an apparent pattern or relationship between or among things or an idea of fact or consideration of fact arrived at from casual observation, the viewing of data or from reading or listening -- it is a scientific guess before the fact-determining experiment or field study has been conducted and evaluated and before revelatory test or field research data are present or available concerning whether the guess is right or wrong. By contrast, a theory is an explanation of the outcome of a carefully controlled and conducted experiment or such field research on a subject of study with predictions based on and/or derived from systematic observations and established facts, after the data set has been obtained and evaluated. The Cosmological Prophet's assertion of fact or projection of fact, an hypothesis, is based on the facts derived from his very limited knowledge of solar systems or his knowledge, and/or maybe observations, of only the solar system in which he resides, whereas a potential theory of astronomical science on the incidence of solar systems or celestial satellite systems accompanying stars might assert that less than 50% of stars in the Milky Way galaxy of stars tend to have, or will continuously be found to tend to have, solar or planetary systems and would attempt to explain why this is so (e.g., star types S, T, U, V, W, X, Y and Z or stars of masses A, B and C tend not to have celestial satellite systems and differ on F, G and H characteristics in XX ways, or in their various environments, from stars that do have celestial satellite systems, which militate against the formation or viability of planetary or celestial satellite systems in their orbits or environments) based on its extensive collection of factual data from its meticulous telescopic observations of scores or hundreds or thousands of stars, randomly selected for examination, and its consistent finding that approximately 40% of stars are accompanied by one or more planets, etc. Nevertheless, the Cosmological Prophet maintains his confidence in his hypothesis, disputed by the data set obtained by astronomical science, based on his opinion that astronomical science's instruments of observation and method of identifying the presence of planets or celestial satellites orbiting distant stars are not sensitive enough nor adequate yet for thoroughgoing detection of many planets, and the like, and may be overlooking or failing to detect many existing planets or celestial satellites of many stars. Where many planets are not observed directly with astronomical science's currently most powerful telescopes, astronomical science infers the presence of unseen planets from patterned gravitationally induced wobbles on stars also observed for such wobbles of stars and our sun associated with detected planets. The Cosmological Prophet conceives that for various reasons unknown to astronomers that many currently unseen or unseeable planets and star-orbiting celestial satellites may not induce perceptible gravitational wobbles of their stars, as, to him, such wobbles are not currently perceptible to the observational power of the best telescopes of our time. Notwithstanding, if and when the instruments of astronomical observation advance to the point where they can directly and clearly permit viewing of the objects associated with the most far-off stars in our galaxy and the evidence is available for common viewing that approximately 40%, or less than 50%, of stars in our galaxy are found to have planetary or celestial satellite systems orbiting them, then the long-held and long-evidenced interim finding and theory that less than 50% of the stars in our galaxy should have or tend to have planetary or celestial satellite systems orbiting them will have been confirmed at the highest level of verification and become a conclusive finding and confirmed or hard theory. As a result, the opposing hypothesis of the Cosmological Prophet will have been refuted, and, if the Cosmological Prophet is rational, he will have to acknowledge the untenability or wrongness of his own hypothesis and accept the validity or certainty of the solar-system incidence theory of astronomical science and be receptive to its explanations (where the explanations of science and scientists are mechanistic, naturalistic explanations indicated or evidenced by the facts as distinguished from spurious or arbitrary supernatural, spiritual, divine, miraculous or magical explanations). The scenario depicted in the foregoing illustrates that theories are not philosophy, abstract thought or dreamy conceptions but are logical extrapolations of fact derived from and anchored in material fact or a body of material facts, and may be found to be confirmed extrapolations of fact in and of themselves, or laws or principles or rules of nature or of a subset or structure of nature.

5. Some celestial bodies are georges; that is, they are macro geoorganisms or macro geoorganismic metabolic systems with an atmosphere, and weather and water (or its analog) systems and water reservoirs or deposits. Planet Earth is a george. Mars may be a george in geodynamic hibernation or suspended animation or a comatose george or the carcass or corpse of a george (that is, it also may be geodynamically permanently inactive, or dead), and very likely Europa, a planetoid moon of the giant gas planet Jupiter, is a hardy, living george, as is the dwarf planet Ceres of the asteroid belt and are likely also the planetoid moons Enceladus and Titan of the other giant gas planet Saturn. While evidence of liquid water oceans or water bodies has been detected beneath the surfaces of Ceres, Europa and Enceladus, oceans, lakes and rivers of liquid methane and ethane petroleum gas have been clearly observed to cover much of the surface of the moon Titan, also covered with H2O-ice terrain and rocks, ice spewing volcanoes, and large moving or floating land masses that behave like icebergs, or drifting ice sheets or such glaciers. Nowhere else in our solar system are there standing bodies of surface liquid except on Earth and the moon Titan. This circumstance, as well as that of the presence of a thick cloud cover surrounding Titan and frequent and heavy methane and ethane liquid-gas rain falls or downpours there, entice one to conjecture that substantial analog conditions to those supporting life on Earth are present on Titan for perhaps bizarre life as we don't know it to exist on Titan or in its liquid gas analog of Earthly water systems and bodies. Chemical gaseous matter (usually combustible), as distinct from the gaseous or vapor state of a natural atomic element or compound, is always present in large portion, along with miscellaneous-constituent cosmic dust and inherent gravity, in the auto-formation of any supra-atomic object or phenomenon, including stars, galaxies, planets, moons, volcanic eruptions, conflagrations, primordial solar system clouds, and no doubt life itself.

An atypical george meriting special interest is the planet Venus, the hot rival of its cold opposite celestial body the moon Titan as the most eccentric celestial body in our solar system. It has an atmosphere, which includes H2O, that is the thickest of any celestial body in our solar system and is the most geodynamic such body in the solar system, with thousands of active volcanoes. The atmospheric pressure of Venus is 90 times greater than that of the Earth (the moon Titan has an atmospheric pressure .6 times greater than that of the Earth), which has the third thickest atmosphere in our solar system. Venus is almost a twin in size to Earth, with a slightly smaller diameter. It also has a slightly weaker gravitational strength than Earth's, and has spectacular surface features both similar to but grander than and strikingly different from those on Earth, but has no water on its surface, which would vaporize on its inferno surface. If Venus could be cooled, which is possible by artificial man-made means, it might be the perfect first place to relocate much of Earth's human overpopulation and might have agricultural potential that might exceed by far that of the Earth and its mineral extraction potential might rival that of the Earth, Mars and the asteroids combined -- its solar-heat-trapping greenhouse-effect mechanism that overheats its surface is clearly understood and is reversible by human technological intervention or extraterrestrial geoengineering. Water to make for abundant breathable oxygen for humans and transplanted plants and animals from Earth and for oceans, seas, lakes, streams and reservoirs could be transported to Venus by moving huge Kuiper Belt celestial ice objects, the size of moons and dwarf planets, at the outflanks of our solar system -- a region that is a virtual abyss of an endless and uncountable number of huge celestial ice objects -- from there by means of dark-matter or designer 100-ton, 100-meter (approximately 100-yard) man-made or artificial black hole hitch-engines fueling and driving human spacecraft (in this case, in the concept of a mixture of a bulldozer-tugboat transport craft) capable of traveling near the speed of light -- a new application of the same interstellar starship propulsion concept-means proposed respectively by the physicist Jia Liu of New York University and mathematicians Louis Crane and Shawn Westmoreland of Kansas State University (per New Scientist, 11-25-2009). The atmosphere, topography and geochemistry of Venus were intensively studied from the late 1960s through the early 1990s with numerous data-gathering Soviet Union and U.S. spacecraft orbits and numerous Soviet Union lander-spacecraft ground probes (per NASA.com/James W. Head III, Ph.D. of Geological Sciences, World Book, 2004).

6. Other celestial bodies (planets, moons and large asteroids, apart from the sun, our star, and comets and meteorites), to our own planet Earth, in our solar system, especially those possessing caves for ready natural dwellings, that have sufficient H2O (water in liquid, gas, ice, crystal or plasma form) and access to a widely distributed adequate heat source, such as sufficiently strong sun light, volcanoes, a molten core or high friction between celestial bodies (inter-celestial high friction), etc., are candidates for human habitation, as these core life-supporting natural resources can be harnessed and processed to make oxygen for breathing, water for drinking, cleaning, cooking and fueling, and for aquaculture -- raising underwater-based vegetation and organisms such as worms, bugs and vegetarian fish and shell fish, as well as escargot snails, rice, potatoes, edible fungi and a variety of bean sprouts, to name a few such food stuffs, as well as form growing human engineered onsite tech foods such as stem-cell derived and lab-cultured meat or transgenic meat-mushroom hybrid (pork grown from stem cells in lab at Maastricht University, Netherlands, Dr. Mark Post, 01-19-2010) -- for quick-and-easy-to-grow familiar Earth food and livable shelters, despite the probable otherwise inhospitability of the host celestial body, providing it does not have a thoroughly violent, poisonous, overly hot or freezing environment not locally adjustable to habitability by humans and Earth life forms. Secondary only to the search for sufficient water and adequate heat sources on other celestial bodies to support human habitation should be the search for caves for ready made dwellings, secure and orderly storage space and on-site food growing aqua-culture for humans there. The two moons of Mars, Phobos and Deimos, must not be overlooked in this overall exploration for extraterrestrial sites for human habitation.

In the near future, with respect to research limited to a specific planet or moon, spacecraft commissioned for landing or orbital data collections only on those destinations ought to be strictly multipurpose spacecraft that function also as communications satellites for broadcast and wireless phone and computer communications, for permanent solar or absolutely clean-and-safe nuclear electrical power generators (for possible future repeat but pre-settlement or electrical equipment recharge, or manned, missions) and for sonic device systems for emitting a wide range of tones including for beyond human hearing ranges perceptible by super-hearing-sensitivity animals and insects, and for playing various kinds of music, or even speaking human voices, as well as for recording any endemic sounds the sonic device program does not by intention deny recording of (such as wind noise, and continuously normal on-board mechanical noises). Also on-board ought to be a metal detector, a chemical odor emitting and receiver-analyzer device with a wide range of odors and pheromones emitted by Earth animals and insects, and a two-way, craft under-belly, elevator billboard-television and radio for sending Earth images and receiving any extraterrestrial response to these as well as to provide a permanent on-site window with which to view the planet or moon scape at will -- these can also serve as the initial human colony broadcast infrastructure for local global communications and interglobal two-way human communications. We have to start with and use Earth-based animal and plant sensory ranges because those are the only ones of which we have knowledge, and it is better to survey and probe and get surprise response data than to try nothing and perhaps get nothing for lack of our stimulating a responsiveness, where a surprising potential response may be passively present. We may also use these craft to try fog, mist or water-drop probing, against our preconceptions, by disseminating fog or mist, or depositing droplets of water, as in drip irrigation, into or in the soil -- warmed under a bottom-up clear plastic or glass cup or bowl -- of caves, gouges (semi-deep holes) and shaded locations to observe what in reality happens as a result. We must also look to any sand tracts there as a resource for making on-site glass for green-house gardening (using foggers, misters and drip irrigation), aqua culture and oxygen-holding bubble dwellings.

Though we have found the surface of Mars to be barren of plant and animal life, we should not be disappointed about this. This circumstance permits us the ethical discretion to geoengineer, terraform and develop the surface of Mars for agricultural, forestation and industrial use and colonize it with humans, unless the barren surface protects and supports subterranean life in some weird way. If we find that Mars is altogether without organic life, we might look upon Mars as an El Dorado for the benefit of Earth and humanity, allowing for a vast array of valuable minerals extraction and stone quarrying of all kinds, as well as for maximally sterile medical experiments and pharmaceutical plant and products production. Nor should the absence of surface extraterrestrial life anywhere else in our solar system be a matter of disappointment for us, since, if it were present, it would likely be as old and evolved as life on Earth and in possible competition with humans, perhaps to our detriment and an obstacle to our freedom to venture throughout or space surf our solar system. Also, with the nearest star to our own sun being impractically too far away for potential extraterrestrial life from there and beyond to travel to our solar system, we have been free of their possible cognitive and technological dominance to evolve as the unrivaled technologically and militarily intelligent dominant non-microbial surface-life species on Earth and in the solar system, with the whole of the solar system at our disposal for resources and human colonization.

It is wasteful, shortsighted and irresponsible to send space vehicles and robots to extraterrestrial destinations for single purpose missions that when completed result in the craft becoming worthless garbage and litter at those destinations, like the probe Huygens, now worthless equipment that could still be in use for multiple, and figuratively shot-in-the-dark exploratory, purposes and indefinitely so, left on the giant extraordinarily geodynamic moon Titan of the planet Saturn, and like the Viking spacecraft, and the rover robots Spirit and Opportunity, sent to the planet Mars and left there for and of no further use (other than the initial use) as expendable spacecraft junk -- space scientists and engineers must be given license to engage in proactive irrationality in being open-minded and receptive to the unexpected and counter intuitive. These are examples of technically smart but strategically half-way thinking. In addition to the wastefulness and irresponsibility of these practices, it is fundamentally immoral to heedlessly treat any place on Earth or extraterrestrially as a dumping ground and we need to formulate, now, a space-faring consensus code of ethics among all nations of Earth, within the forum of the U.N., setting the standards for how we will properly and respectfully treat extraterrestrial worlds and whatever life on these we may find. Just as much as we must demand business with a conscience and society with a conscience, we must expect and demand science and technology with a conscience.

Undoubtedly Mars and its two moons are general mineral, precious metals and extraterrestrial geologic, and perhaps biological, fossils rich caches, and will become the mining and fossils gathering grounds of one nation or another or others of Earth engaged in the increasingly intense space exploration and settlement race, especially as spacecraft become dramatically improved and cheaper in cost, and able to carry heavy loads, as of gem stones, uranium, platinum, gold, etc. In its newspaper issue of June 7, 1991, the Washington Post cited the journal Science as having reported the detection of an estimated 10,000 tons of gold and 100,000 tons of platinum on a single asteroid in the asteroid belt next door to Mars, on asteroid 1986-DA (a 1.2-mile-wide solid metal asteroid), as well as 10,000,000,000 tons of iron and 1,000,000,000 tons of nickle on that same asteroid.

7. In human exploration of what we term outer space we should expect to find as a matter of routine both the expected and unexpected, and even the strange and bizarre from our understanding and background of biological design, experience, knowledge and calculation (from our existential context). Where we find extraterrestrial biospheres or biological realms (DNA, or DNA-analog, cellular-based and branching sensate reproduction systems and orders), like on Earth we can expect to find an animal kingdom with a food chain and a relative dominance or pecking order among animal species, with carnivorous and omnivorous clan or socially collective predators at the top of both (as lion prides are a more numerous and successful species than are solitary tigers, a species of cat larger and environmentally more adaptable -- in ability to climb trees, swim and hunt in water and live in tropical and tundra environments, perhaps compelled into these superior adaptive niche skills and adaptations as a survival recourse to direct competitive failure with clannish lions -- than lions. We can observe and expect that evolution is a universal process, and that a local knowledge and skills acquisitive, functionally supreme cognitive power, coupled with predatory dominance, will have, at a minimum, extricated the governing and economic elite of this species from the day-to-day groveling and savagery for sustenance and safety characterizing the rest of the wild animal kingdom and wild nature and that such a species will have a code of laws and institutions for the socialization, education, skilling, training, policing and governing of its species, and for promoting the improvement of its society/ies (via innovation and technology) and the well being of the privileged or elites in its societies. We can expect that in the absence of a gregarious or communitarian knowledge and skills acquiring and deploying species, there would be no cognitively advanced technological society, or transcendent animal intelligence, unless such knowledge has over the ages been encoded into the DNA, or its analog, of such a social insect-like technologically advanced species and is expressed in an automatically or roboticly adaptive, flexible instinct-driven generation of advanced technology or innovations demanded by its environment for its species survival and perpetuation (far superior to but sort of like the flying, flower pollinating and nectar gathering [gardening, farming and harvesting], and hive and honeycomb building done by honey bees). We can expect that in some extraterrestrial vicinities there will be a dearth or absence of advanced technologically evolved intelligence (examples of primitive animal technological behavior are that beavers build dams, plant and building-dwelling spiders spin webs, birds and gorillas fashion nests, chimpanzees use stones and sticks for tools, moles, gophers, prairie dogs, ferrets, ground squirrels, trap-door spiders and some snakes dig and burrow holes for homes, crocodiles simulate logs), while in other vicinities there will be a cluster of, or celestially neighboring, technologically advanced life. However, the indication is, from the disappearance of the other upright bipedal-walking and tool and fire using hominids, that technologically ascendant different species, with a similar competitive structural appearance, do not tolerate one another, unlike our low-tech and no-tech species cousins the apes, with the ape species of gorillas, chimpanzees, bonobos, orangutans and gibbons seeming to peacefully co-exist and tolerate one another in the wild.

The cognitively most advanced technological extraterrestrial societies will have a reverence for scientific knowledge and will largely have a mastery of such knowledge and have maximized and perfected the acquisition and exercise of skills in most applications of these, as well as will have eliminated all cognitive disabilities and barriers to unlimited learning and cognitive development for themselves. They will live under an idyllic global constitutional democratic-republic parliamentary form of government, in a global society free of war and co-existing with respect for and in harmony with wild nature, and accord a secularly-pragmatic ethical and utopian quality of life and governance, with maximal personal freedom (including solo-sexuality, or masturbation, homosexuality and polyandry for pleasurable-sex sexually reproductive species or pleasurable-sex, sexual, but non-sexually-reproductive, species, if and where applicable) from the tyranny of others, for the whole of its species, but will retain invincible safety for its society against alien invaders and wild nature (including disease, the other predator animals, and social and economic cannibals -- the latter being psychopaths, sociopaths, megalomaniacs, weaponophiles, kleptomaniacs, ravagers of nature, ideological and religious fanatics). The history of the elites of India, China, Babylon, imperial Greece and the Roman and Mongol empires attests to the motivating power of raging Eros and libido in the greatness, good and bad, of those civilizations, as do the figures of the homosexuals Plato, Michael Angelo and Leonardo da Vinci; polygamous King Solomon of ancient Israel, with 1,000 wives; the polyandrous-polygamous bi-sexual imperial King Alexander the Great of Macedon, with Greek and Persian wives; arguably the greatest ancient philosopher, polygamous Aristotle, with 8 wives; the questionably bi-sexual Julius Caesar (said to have been "every woman's man and every man's woman" in his early adulthood by his political detractors), twice married and the extramarital paramour of Cleopatra, Queen of Egypt, before her fatal relationship with his top general Marc Antony; and the polygamous founder of Islam, Muhammad of Arabia's cities Medina and Mecca, with 13 wives; among many other such prominent figures, even of our own age. Superior intelligence would be sure to benignly and constructively unleash this energy for the gratification and motivation of the individual and to the benefit of society, but would impose societal control (particularly to prevent sexual harassment, offense and outrage, and child corruption), as well as mental and physical safety limits and controls, respectively over its public expression and unfettered private expression. Cognitively highly and most advanced extraterrestrial species will live under the aforementioned form of government because the majority of a unitary population of critically thinking, especially smart and knowledgeable, denizens of any civilization will inevitably hanker and pressure for an egalitarian society and system of government with individually unalienable equal rights, opportunity and treatment, justice and protection under and before the law, not subject to the biases and caprices of majority or minority rule, and with universal individual, as well as ethical and reasonable group, input into influencing their governance and in selecting and deselecting those who govern them.

The mental power and intelligence level of the individuals of such species would probably start at that of a thousand cognitively super evolved Albert Einsteins relative to human intelligence. Just as we have god-like technological intelligence in comparison to the apes and other animals of Earth, their technological achievements and capabilities would probably be breath taking and humbling of, and god-like in comparison to, the greatest of those of the smartest individuals and highest civilizations of our species as well as in the reactions and opinion of those most brainy and talented individuals of our species. We should not make the mistake of imagining that any of these super smart extraterrestrial species, or any technologically significantly evolved extraterrestrial species, would resemble us or primates; without a doubt, they will look totally different from each other and from our species and our primate biological relatives, just as we do from our nearest species relatives the extinct Neanderthals, as well as from chimpanzees, gorillas, flies, spiders, birds, lizards, bears, dogs, whales, turtles, etc. and as do the pseudo, phenotype races of our species from each other.

If we are to make mutual contact with an intelligent extraterrestrial species, it probably will be with one that is of a more or less similar level (quality) of technical knowledge and intellectual ability and relative technological development as these of our species, and not with species of far superior intelligence and technological achievement than ourselves, as the latter would probably be able to observe us close up (like an educated, smart, good-eyed human observing an amoeba under an overkill super-magnifying x-ray-featured atomic microscope and/or such an amplifying audio-scope) on multiple sensory levels with godly observational technology or means remotely, without spacecraft, from their home planets or other relay means or satellite celestial bodies, and could contact us remotely and by proxy (thereby safeguarding their own health and lives, and perhaps ability to retain their morality) and influence nature, and more, here with their godly technology and mastery of science. Because comparably intelligent species, with comparable curiosity as the smart and scientific of our species, wishing to make extraterrestrial contact with alien-world intelligence would likely be quite different from our species and others on our same intellectual achievement level in their biological architecture and sensory modes, and cognitively or intellectually dominant sensory mode, we will have to attempt sophisticated communication with them on the gamut of sensory modes to determine the mode or modes on which they are responsive -- bio-chemical communication is a common mode of communication within insect species, especially for ant and bee social insects, and pheromone releases for subconscious and reflexive communication is common within mammal species.

Cognitively and technologically far superior extraterrestrial species capable of godly remote observation of far-off worlds alien to themselves would also be less likely to contact our species remotely or physically visit us directly at this time because they could and would have conducted remote pre-contact reconnaissance and surveillance of our planet and ourselves, as the dominant species residing out of wild nature in civilization settlements on Earth, and assessed and determined, from monitoring our at-one-time telegraph and teletype, and ongoing radio and television broadcast as well as phone and internet communications and activity, and perhaps our criminal, war, religious, ethnic, racial, economic and ideological bad behavior and bigotry, that we are too bigoted, loathsome, immature, treacherous and dangerous for contact with and a physical visitation from or to them -- how would we react to them if one of these species had bee-or fly-like eyes and antennae on their heads, or eight eyes surrounding their heads and faces and eight limbs flexibly usable as arms with hands or legs with feet, and had retractable fangs for consuming their food, and were black or red or brown and/or streaked or spotted with other colors and/or were a gregarious mix of these, like actual same family or tribes of chimpanzees with black-skinned, brown-skinned and Caucasoid-skinned members banned together and lounging about and milling about amongst one another peacefully without distinction in respectful treatment of others? Would they dare expose themselves to the known predominantly commonplace bigoted and hostile superstitions, ideologies and folk and pseudo-scientific zenophobia among our nearly 7,000,000,000 person population regarding different others? SETI is wasting its time in trying to contact this tier of extraterrestrial life at this stage of human development. Their policy toward us would probably be, "Don't call us; we'll call you!," "if you can surmount your stupidity, and your bigotry and grim obnoxiousness toward one another and nature on Earth, and if you, as well as planet Earth, survive your species."

It is very difficult to extrapolate from our knowledge of the animal kingdom on Earth as to whether there will be commonalities in biological structures or evolutionary behavioral traits of different extraterrestrial technologically intelligent species. While humans have asserted that our hands with fingers and the opposable thumbs are our unique biological difference, separating us from the other animals on Earth, that accounts for our creativity, innovation and production of technology, this has been found to be incorrect as the apes too have hands with fingers and the opposable thumb, as do some other animals, and that apes can use their hands in the same ways as humans, to the limits of their ability to learn and level of cognitive capability. At most we can observe from the fossil record that the line of hominids (australopithecus, homo habilis, homo ergaster and homo erectus) leading to humans, the last of a number of species of hominids, were routine and extensive tool, and, later weapons, making post-apes, climaxing with the most sophisticated of these, the homo sapiens Neanderthal species and the homo sapiens sapiens modern human species. However, all of these hominids had one definite technological behavioral trait co-existing with tool making: that is, the making and using of fire. Given that many species of animals (including the apes, monkeys, marmosets, shrews, beavers, squirrels, chipmunks, prairie dogs, possums, rats and mice, frogs, salamanders, gecko lizards, and other species of lizards, to name some) have hands or claw-hands with fingers or digital appendages and sometimes a thumb, but do not make anything nor use tools, or, with respect to the apes, haphazardly and inconsistently make things and use tools, in contrast to birds, silk worms, plant and house spiders, and ants and bees, which do not have hands, and beavers, which do have hands, but do systematically make things and engage in technological behavior, perhaps we can guess that when hands with fingers and an opposable thumb are paired with a creative or technological instinct or predisposition, the creatures with the hands and fingers with the opposable thumb and creative instinct or predisposition will tremendously out pace in their technological and social evolution creative creatures without hands or such hands, as hands with long arms are optimally efficient for reaching, clasping, grasping and manipulating objects and materials and making things; however, it may turn out that some creative species without hands may acquire or evolve them through the evolutionary process in the very, very long eventually. Hence, it may plausibly be the case that extraterrestrially technologically intelligent species will have long arms and hands of some kind with the opposable thumb or thumbs and will have acquired in their early or intermediate evolution the mastery of fire making and use, or an alternative, and ultimately will have mastered the exploitation and utilization of environmental energy resources to power an industrial, technological society, in addition to drawing ability that is the precursor of the literacy skills of mathematics, accounting, design, writing, reading, architecture, engineering, and deep thinking and science upon which civilization is founded, evolved and sustained. Maybe in a million or several million years, if beavers have survived our species and become a smarter, gregarious and cooperating species, and if they reproduce to become numerous, they will discover and deliberately make electricity from and with their dam building and harness it for cooking, making tools and weapons, and for powering their own industrial, technological society, bypassing the fire route to energy consciousness and manipulation, and will have evolved the ability to draw and maybe write from first making memory-aide or site-marker etchings on rocks or in sod or mud. Incidentally, some biologists even propose that humans are not the most intelligent animal species on Earth but are technologically the most intelligent and evolved, but of lower intelligence per se (intelligence in large measure being information-processing and pattern-recognition ability, discernment and analytical ability, memory capacity and learning ability, thinking and reasoning ability, understanding and comprehension, and problem solving ability) than dolphins, orcas and some other whale species, unable to compete with humans in the struggle for life due to their armless and handless bio-architecture and human technological superiority over them and the rest of the non-microbial animal kingdom on Earth.

8. In answer to the question as to whether or not Earth has been visited by any extraterrestrially technologically intelligent species, the hard facts attendant to this question preclude as feasible such a visitation unless it came from within our own solar system, and is subterranean or extreme hypothermophile life (life as we don't know it), as our solar-system exploratory spacecraft have visited and surveyed the surfaces of all the planets and most of the moons (all of the sizable ones) in our solar system and detected no evidence of surface life on these (all terribly too cold or blazingly hot for life as we know it, except for possibly the marine subsurface of the planetoid moon Europa, a marine-life candidate, and short-lived, rapid-turnover microbial life on Enceladus), and the closest star beyond our solar system, Proxima Centauri, is 4.24 light years away (with light traveling at 186,282 to 186,285 miles per second) and the top speed of human spacecraft being approximately 150,000 miles per hour, requiring our spacecraft to get to its solar system in an estimated 77,000 years, and life from that other solar system only able to get to our solar system alive -- unless it were a technologically intelligent, continuously reproducing ant or roach-like form of life able to safely manage its biological waste while traveling in a large human-sized spacecraft filled with nonperishable food and consumable moisture -- in 4.24 light years if it could convert itself to light in its flight here and reconstitute itself, and its spacecraft, upon arrival without dying from starvation or oxidation or loosing its cognitive ability and general functionality, and it would have to nourish itself in an alien environment on alien food without undergoing allergic reactions or incurring disease, and it would have to dispose of its bodily waste products without introducing disease agents into its host alien environment to avoid a possible synergy of our pathogens that could exterminate both the ET visitors and all life on Earth in its contact with Earth.

If ambulatory terrestrial life as we know it exists anywhere else in our solar systems besides on Earth, it would have to be subterranean life in the hollows of Mars, its moons, our moon or Mercury, associated with ice or liquidized ice (water) in a temperate zone or enclave (the space area spanning Earth, Mars and the asteroids is the relative temperate zone of our solar system, although the surface of Mars and the celestial objects of the asteroid belt are much too frigid for any life as we know it to survive). Some kind of life as we know it is doubtfully conceivable in a temperate zone of the many temperature zones of Mercury if a stable temperate zone is present within the ice or H2O region of Mercury -- Mercury has globally extreme fluctuations in hot and cold temperatures daily incompatible with life as we know it. Any such life among these candidate hosts for subterranean life as we know it most likely would be non-visual life, in having no exposure to light as even aquatic creatures of surface water bodies do from the sky or the geothermal vents of volcanically active ocean or sea floors on Earth and as such life would have under the global ice shell of the moon Europa of planet Jupiter. Much of any life in these underground hollows, if associated with adequate heat and moisture or water in support of life, would likely be highly evolved fungal and bacterial life, given their eons-long isolation and shielding from external-world dangers and assaults. Long secluded life forms have been found living in caves and caverns, and in the waters of these, of our planet. All ambulatory and mobile forms of this life have been found to be unsighted and unpigmented, including spiders, scorpions, lizards, fish, shrimp, crayfish, lice, crickets and other insects, which tend to feed on bacteria, which in turn feed on the minerals of rocks. It appears that the minimal requirements for some form of life are a food energy source such as plant or animal matter, the magma of geothermal vents, chemical reactions between minerals or the radioactive decay of rocks and a steady source of moisture.

Why would select knowing public authorities deny the occurrence of visitations by ET intelligent species if such occurred?

1. To secure for themselves the hope for the best chance for first, exclusive and monopoly contact, in order to debrief, evaluate and secure their superior intellectual (learning, thinking, creativity, etc.) , academic, technological, scientific-knowledge and military-power wealth of mind, the greatest wealth of all, for hegemonic advantage over competing nations, economic classes, ethnicities and races on Earth and for advantage in solving the difficult problems of one's society.

2. To discourage and defeat private interest and competitor powers' contact that might advantage them and result in a radical reordering of the political-economic power structure of the world for humanity.

3. To avoid worldwide zenophobic doomsday paranoia and hysteria hostile reactions, on the part of the dangerously ignorant, bigoted, superstitious and religious, to knowledge of the presence of some very few cognitively superior alien intelligence visitors to Earth. These folks would be sure to view and accuse these ETs as being mind controllers of unpalatable politicians and heads of state, as witches, demons, voodoo zombies, ET imperial Jews, avatar privilege-arrogating beatific Brahman Hindus, resurrected Aryan master-race blood-bucket blonds, the Biblical New Testament coming of 666 and his disciples, gen or The Maudhi or Dujal of Islam, the Koran and Hadith, etc., and evangelize and incite unmanageable, continuous mass civil disturbances in these connections. We can also count on fortune-seeking trigger-happy gun fondlers in being among these on the hunt for the most sensational trophy in human history, a captured or dead ET.

4. For in-the-know powerful private interests to secure an exclusive and monopoly relationship with scientifically and technologically advanced and superior ET intelligence that advantages themselves scientifically, politically, economically, industrially and militarily.

Apart from planet Earth, and except for the moons Europa, and Enceladus and Titan, respectively, satellites of the planets Jupiter and Saturn, and the asteroid dwarf planet Ceres, the odds favoring the presence of physiologically functioning life native to our solar system are nearly nonexistent. Needless to say, no life could survive more than a fraction of a second on the inferno planet Venus and/or the inferno side of planet Mercury, although strangely Mercury has a large ice expanse on itself permanently facing away from the sun (but is a planet of starkly contrasting extremes of hot and cold without a significantly sizable temperate or mere warm zone between associated with liquid H2O, not known or known to be possible, unless Mercury has a radiant molten core), and no life, as we know it, could survive the extreme surface cold of the planets from Mars and to the end of the solar system, where surface temperatures range from ?? to ??? degrees below zero Fahrenheit, with the coldest inhabited place on Earth having had a temperature of 96.2 degrees below zero Fahrenheit and the coldest temperature on Earth having been 129 degrees below zero Fahrenheit, recorded in 1983. As the planets Jupiter and Saturn are gas planets, with chronic extreme winds and electrical storms, life would not only be unable to survive the extreme cold on them but would have no terra firma (solid ground) on which to rest or adhere or shelter in and would be relentlessly subject to electrocution, battering and shredding, and as the remaining planets Uranus, Neptune and dwarf planet Pluto are ice planets, their interiors would offer no survivable reduction in the extreme cold of these planets for life as we know it, not even for microbial life. If our sun is a reference for what we can expect to find in the way of life in the planetary systems of other stars similar to our sun, our expectation for finding life, especially technologically intelligent life, in such solar systems would be on the apprehensive and doubtful side, like for finding a needle in a haystack -- of the total number of planets and moons in our solar system, ???, only one has technologically intelligent life, Earth, which acquired its electronic technology, particularly significant electronic technology, primarily in less than the last 100 years and all of it within less than the last 175 years. If there is plant and animal life on the planetoid moon Europa, it would necessarily have to be marine life, none of which on Earth is technologically intelligent or has flexibly clasping hands capable of dexterously manipulating objects and materials, although squid and octopi do have the long and many arms, but not the hands, to become otherwise formidable technologists -- creatures of which alien analog species with hands with dexterous clasping, grasping digits might be a remote possibility in the global ocean of Europa below its miles-thick surface global ice shell, given that if there is life there it likely would have been in existence for as long as life on Earth and would have been subject to the universally same process of evolution applicable to Earth for that time, but apparently without significant other celestial object (astral) bombardment. To increase our chances of finding extraterrestrial life and technologically advanced life, we need to devise a number of alternative star-type theoretical models for other star types better or best suited for life-supporting planetary systems.

If hush-hush advanced technological intelligence other than that of human intelligence is or has been active in our solar system, it likely would be or have been and have to be or must have been of a terrestrial origin from whatever celestial body that is its home, able to endow it with the biological design and evolutionarily acquired technological cultures and behaviors necessary for industrial enterprise and engineering and to permit it the initial industrial resources from its natural environment for manufacturing safe, sound and efficient interplanetary space-travel craft and related products. The only such terrestrial life that could imaginably originate in our solar system apart from planet Earth would have to be on the only other celestial body with large and deep standing bodies of liquid on its surface and a comparably strong atmosphere, being the terribly freezing planetoid moon Titan of the planet Saturn -- a moon not able to host life as we know it but with a thicker atmosphere than that of the Earth. Conceptually, in a far-fetched scenario, technologically advanced intelligent hypothermophile combination terrestrial-aquatic life native to Titan might terraform and colonize for its species' habitation celestial bodies such as the moon Europa, with a thin surface atmosphere, a global ocean and a five-mile thick global ice shell, of the planet Jupiter, and the dwarf planet Ceres, with a similar atmosphere, global ocean and ice shell, of the asteroid belt, as well as its ice moon neighbor Enceladus, among its other moon neighbors of Saturn, also with a thin atmosphere, with geyser-like constant water-ice belching activity on its surface vaguely resembling the H2O-ice cyro-volcanism present on Titan itself. If such is the case, we may have met our match in wits and technological know-how sooner than we might wish and on terms we may not wish, as such life would be quite more suited than any Earthly life to comfortably or better occupy every part of the solar system in whole or part except for the Sun and Venus, as, except for these latter two celestial bodies, all parts of the solar system are severely cold or have severely cold regions or pockets potentially compatible with extreme hypothermophile life as we don't know it and not Earthly life forms of any kind, and, as such life would, in this scenario, be far ahead of us in the extraterrestrial terraforming and colonization process and would be better able at will to promptly tap the abundant cold world resources of the terribly cold rock, gas and ice planets and their satellites as well as the ice objects of the Kuiper Belt beyond the dwarf ice planet Pluto at the end of our solar system, that populate most of our solar system and all of its outskirts. If such life could flexibly naturally or artificially breathe on or below the surfaces of Europa, Ceres and Enceladus, as well on the surface and in the interior and in the liquid-gas ground analog-waters of its home Titan, it would be able to breathe most places on Earth but would have to protect itself in deep-freeze, from the human point of view, travel and camping craft, body covering and docking stations. However, the reality relating to this scenario is that there is no hint of the presence of an electronics communications or broadcast media infrastructure or of communications or broadcast media electronics devices or of any mere technology of any noticeable kind on these celestial bodies or any others, except for Earth, in our solar system, unless they are camouflaged, disguised or fashioned to simulate natural environmental features or are embedded in the subsurface of these other celestial bodies. In the event of the latter, such would suggest that such life is well aware of our species and does not want our notice or general or open contact with us, possibly because it is a preferably essentially peaceful species that perceives our species as dangerous, as it observes rampant hostility and violence, as well as zenophobic bigotry (including theocentric and racial/ethnocentric, at a minimum, devaluation of others and anti-other superstitions) and ruthless self-glorifying megalomanical greed and economically motivated plunder to the ruinous and fatal detriment of our own fellow humans, the other life forms of our planet and the environment of our planet, among our species with dominion over our planet. Also, it may be that because a putative technologically advanced ET intelligent species of Titan evolved on a low-light world made so by the dense global cloud cover engulfing it and chronic torrential liquid-gas rain deluges from thus, this ET intelligent life might naturally be direct sunlight intolerant and high-moisture adapted and dependent and not expose itself to sunlighted surface-ground terrestrial activity abroad, off of its world, and might find it necessary on other worlds they colonize to reside in below-surface liquid environments beneath a deep-freeze sunlight shield (like a miles thick global ice shell), allowing for low-light penetration and acting as a barrier for human penetration and contact, in their being unable to control our behavior and cognition, that may be largely scary to their species. The most they might want in proximity to us is to monitor us and our warfaring and space-faring activity and evolution, in order to prepare on a constant basis their upgrading of defenses against the dangers of these to themselves. Should they visit our planet, we can expect that the visits would be made to the night-time phases and regions and freezing cold and ice locations of our planet, like mountain ranges, tundra, glaciers and the snow and ice poles, and below some of these. Perhaps pertinent to this discussion is a space-science news report released by NASA and JPL on December XX, 2009 announcing that the Cassini space-craft had scored direct photo images of the strange highly defined and symmetrical hexagon in the north-pole cloudy atmosphere of the gas-planet Saturn and that the hexagon had not changed in features or size from spectrometer images made of it by the Voyager space craft more than 20 years ago. The hexagon has a symmetrical circular hole at its center that has a white or pale beak shape at its bottom, which constantly moves from that point to 90-degrees left and back (to and fro; back and forth), with a total of three pendulum strikes or ticks from the 180-degree point to the 270-degree point (that is, 90-degrees left). The white or pale beak turns dark when it rotates away from its 180-degree point it somehow pulls on and contorts and misshapes the circular hole at the hexagon's center to a multi-angled, sloppy non-circular hole and dramatically contorts, with twist stripes or stretch marks, and misshapes, in an elastic manner, the right side of the hexagon (contraction and expansion of the hole, maybe like the systolic and diastolic muscle-pumping action of a heart or pulse -- or maybe a pump, in part, regulating the ingress and/or egress of an analog of air for breathing and/or a metronome for externally sustaining the immigrant species' inborn biological clock and biorhythms and metabolic functioning evolutionarily inherited from its home world). As and when the beak rotates from the 270-degree point back to the 180-degree point, the near perfect shape of the hexagon and the circular hole at its center are restored. This to-and-fro pendulum action is explicitly like clock work, if it is not clock work unto itself, or an integral feature of a pendulum or metronome, or systematic direction-alternating compass hand fixated on and behaving as a "pointer" oriented toward a narrow span of area, from a human standpoint. In view of the fact that no known direct product of nature, animate or inanimate, on Earth or anywhere else in the solar, has straight lines, sharp angles or an unambiguous hexagon shape, apart from the artificial hexagonal cells of honeycombs, hives and nests made by communal hymenopterae -- these being honey bees, bumble bees and polistine wasps, as well as the inner-hive dwelling cells of carnivorous, communal other wasp and hornet species -- on Earth, which are indirect and secondary products of nature but the direct products of the apparent instinctual cognitive labor of these communal bee, wasp and hornet species, this atmospheric, aerial hexagon must be a glaring and shouting artificial attention getter, in the least, behaving somewhat like a compass and/or a clocking device that seems intentionally situated above Saturn's north pole, perhaps for symbolic communications as well as practical purposes. The article also mentioned and provided a photo showing an unidentified object punching outwardly like a fist through one of Saturn's ice rings. Scientists at NASA and JPL regard Saturn's hexagon as the strangest phenomenon in the solar system. The Cosmological Prophet holds that the hexagon is an artificial phenomenon and a terra forming or atmospheric geoengineering of Saturn's north polar atmosphere into an outward-facing multi-purposed, overlapping sky beacon, compass, pump, pacer and/or clock, or more, for a settlement and incoming spacecraft of technologically intelligent ETs from another celestial body, possibly Titan. He also holds that the unidentified object punching through the ice ring was either an observing or monitoring ET space craft or a warning missile fired by the ETs, as our Cassini craft was homing in on something of uppermost sensitivity, the hexagon, to themselves -- possibly there are different lineages of the species in competition with one another or coexisting with one another with territorial claims and trespass and exclusionary reactions to one another (maybe one lineage or culture with a base or society occupying the interior of the stormy red spot on Jupiter and a different lineage or culture with a base or society connected with the hexagon of Saturn), as well as such reactions to different species and species unknown to them, such as us. Could this mark the looming of a confrontation between space-faring species alien to each other within our solar system? If ETs resident to our solar system can terra form or engineer the atmosphere of Saturn's north pole into an enduring, stationary beacon and clocking device or apparatus, their scientists and engineers are ahead of ours in accumulated scientific knowledge and applied science and engineering in a very impressive way, advising tact, the utmost diplomacy and caution in how we proceed with our space exploration (No bombing through or blunt or massive melting the ice shells on Ceres and Europa, ever! We may surgically cut in with laser tools and lower mini telescopic submarines for exploration, mapping, photography and plant and wild prey and predator animal sampling, and restore the ice of the bore hole, or make and install a permanent ice door or sterile galvanized steel door-cover over the hole, with the retrieval of the sub or subs.). I have heard a very smart astrophysicist say in effect that he didn't think that more technologically advanced ETs would be stopped in having contact with us because of their knowledge of our bad conduct -- environmental and other species destruction, our wars and social-political evils of stark economic inequality, poverty and disease by neglect and disregard of others and others' irresponsible self management, criminality, racism, ethnocentricism, superstition, religious bigotry, etc. -- any more than we care about war and the like misdeeds of and between species of ants. The fact is that ants are unavoidably in our midst or surroundings (not us so with more advanced ETs, nor are we as a species benign to ourselves or any other species, except for dogs, domestic cats and horses, primarily) and are generally benign to humans and other species, but we do not, nor does any species, seek the company of army ants or ant majors, which will swarm and devour alive any animal, however ferocious. Nor do we seek contact with dangerous animals or humans without protection or safety for ourselves or weapons, as on the part of a minority or compelled by the authorities of our society, as with law enforcement and the military.

This matter of the December of 2009 direct photos of the hexagon on Saturn taken by the Cassini spacecraft brings to mind the mysterious perpetual, stationary stormy red-spot on the neighboring gas planet Jupiter for consideration as to whether it too may really be an artificial meteorological phenomenon that is a mechanical product of geo-atmospheric engineering devised for who knows what purpose by the same advanced ET source that has apparently geo-atmospherically engineered the atmospheric hexagon in the atmosphere of Saturn's north pole. It also raises the question as to whether such a clever ET species is originally from Titan or our solar system, or whether or not it is a shadowy (obscure and elusive) colonizer and geoengineer of cold and ice celestial bodies in our solar system, with highly flammable and combustible Titan being a planetoid petrochemical reservoir for its residents in the solar system. As an alternative to the interpretation of the large objects observed floating or drifting around on Titan by spectrometer imaging of the Cassini spacecraft as being ice and/or loose land masses, they may also be in part or wholly analog watercraft, traveling the liquid gas, analog water, oceans, seas, lakes or rivers of Titan. It would seem that if such life, native to Titan or our solar system or ET emigres to thus, is highly dependent on and intimately and intensively involved with the utilization of volatile gases and chemical compounds, to the exclusion of fire, for its survival and the operation and maintenance of its habitation, we, the fire-wielding, technological post-ape, space-faring species of Earth pose an coincidental, natural and inherent danger to such species and its society. Should the mysterious stormy red spot in the atmosphere of Jupiter (which might be a barrier to entry to an internal community abode, sort of like a cocoon or snail or tortoise or turtle shell, or aerial hive of a communal wasp or hornet species, excluding the outside-showing hexagonal-cell-covered ball-like hive of the polistine wasp species) or the mysterious machine-like hexagon in the north-pole atmosphere of Saturn be comprised, in part or whole, of volatile gases, it may be that spark or flame emissions from the tails of our spacecraft coming into contact with these sites might obliterate them, as they might obliterate Titan itself if its gas rains or liquid-gas analog water bodies came into such contact. In this way, we would be a natural danger to this species and potentially fatal to it should we become belligerents toward or engage in war with such a species, despite its otherwise technological superiority over our species. It would appear that such a species has a small population and its individuals are small beings compared to humans, from the dearth of evidence (the clearly robotic, geometrical, symmetrical stationary and static-in-form atmospheric, aerial hexagon in the north pole of Saturn, of which Titan and Enceladus are liquid and H2O harboring moons, with known and bare elements underpinning life as we know it) we have of their existence. A naturally occurring symmetrical geometrical shape does not exist anywhere else aerially in an atmosphere of any celestial body in our solar system nor does a naturally occurring robotically behaving phenomenon exist on its own in any atmosphere of our solar system, although both of these are present in the body or structural architectures and active physiologies of animals, plants and atoms, as regards natural phenomena. Implicitly, in consideration of the environments in which this species appears to operate or appears suited to operate, it appears to be dependent on water ice, liquid, gas and atmospheres, particularly thick atmospheres, with Jupiter and Saturn having the most plentiful vapor gas and thickest atmosphere environments, with Europa, Ceres and Enceladus indicatively having water-ice and submerged liquid-water rich environments and thin surface atmospheres, and with Titan being rich in everything, including, unlike these others except for Enceladus, plenty of surface, and probably subsurface, terra firma, but apparently lacks "liquid water," as opposed to water ice, of which it has plenty. Incidentally, Uranus and Neptune, ice planets with non-0xygen atmospheres, respectively have the sixth and second strongest gravitational pulls in the solar system compared to Jupiter, with the highest, and Saturn, with the fourth, and also host mysterious dark spots in their upper atmospheres. Maybe it even consumes water ice and liquid and liquid and/or vapor gas for nourishment, in part. Since we never see it, maybe in body it is a low-density, gaseous exotic species of life, as we know, understand and recognize life -- in which case, as a fire-wielding species we would be a compound danger to this possibly gaseous technologically intelligent exospecies.

Unless Saturn is a cognitive, geo-metabolic planetary organism that has sprouted or evolved a nearly pure, basic symmetrically shaped geometrical, gravitationally entrained and stationary atmospherically composed hexagonal plant or animal in its north-pole sky (possibly magnetically held stationary by this apparently unusually powerful magnetic pole, naturally or artificially so), this hexagon undoubtedly would have to be unnatural and the product of the science and engineering of an entity or species endowed with technical knowledge and technology know-how -- both Saturn and Jupiter, may qualify uniquely as gaseous geoorganisms, as they do have numerous water-ice rings surrounding themselves, and, rather than being geodynamic with land and volcanism, neither of which they have, they are profoundly meteorologically dynamic, and geodynamic in the global planetary chemical and meteorological sense. Most fantastically, the hexagon at Saturn's north pole might be a high-tech hive for a cognitively and technologically highly advanced and evolved quite large social-insect or such insect-like exospecies (supremely cognitively and technologically advanced and greatly different in design, appearance and behavior from Earth's analogs of the worker-society honey bees or carpenter or other technological ants) with a consciousness and abilities equal to or well exceeding those of our species, and it may be a contemplative, deliberative and deliberately (exercising foresight, circumspection, hindsight and strategy and premeditated action) acting species as well, like or more than the cognitively best of our species. If this is so, like bees, wasps, hornets and ants, which are amazon-society social or communal-living insect species, the societies and populations of this technologically intelligent exospecies, and the branches of this exospecies, may be primarily female and female led, supported "and fiercely defended 'to no end'," with a select few males bred and used for the reproduction and eugenic evolution of the species. As this narrative has previously indicated, while we marvel at chimpanzee, bonobo, gorilla and orangutan great-ape ability to crudely improvise and use tools and to learn sign language and tricks taught to them by humans, they do not compare at all in demonstrated technological and socially cooperative ability with the far more advanced technological and social performance and activities of communal bees (honey bees and bumble bees), communal wasps (highly carnivorous), communal hornets (virtually pure carnivores, also feeding on bees and bee larvae, with the giant Asian, especially Japanese, species invading and annihilating entire hives of honey bees and taking the larvae to feed their own larvae, as well as feeding on all types of insect) and technological ants or in the complexity and effective of their natural manners and systems of communication. After humans, these latter species are the most technologically advanced species on Earth, although on a grossly different evolutionary biological and societal path. Unmistakably, it will be from among these species that will come the species that will succeed our species as the technological masters and carry virtually forever forward the advanced social, cognitive and technological evolution of life arisen from planet Earth, if we destroy our planet too much and irrevocably sicken and debilitate, if not destroy, our species. Since much of the environments in which this species apparently operates is uniformly extremely cold and very often highly gaseous, with unusual stationary, static-in-form-and-function atmospheric phenomena, we can infer that it may have mastered harnessing and utilizing dynamic extreme cold (proof of the existence of dynamic cold can be observed in the cryo-volcanism on Titan and the presence there of vast quantities of liquid methane and ethane gas on its surface in its global deep-freeze environment), a different version of hydro-power than ours and analog hydro-power tapping vapor and liquid gases, and electro-magnetism and gravity as energy sources for powering its societies and machine technology, thereby bypassing the use of fire and its likeness that might endanger much of the environments in which it operates as well as itself.

What other type of species familiar to us, would we think to be best inclined toward an technologically intelligent communal-life evolution of harnessing and occupying atmosphere for dwelling than a flying (air-borne), a communal bee-like species, which on our planet build nests or hives above ground (suspended aerially or in elevations), largely in trees, bushes, or on eaves or structures of human-made buildings or edifices? This would indicate such an insect species had become an entrenched and powerful learning-based species. If we were to find any species of mammal, including gorillas and chimpanzees, to have made a dwelling of the sophistication of a communal bee, wasp or hornet aerial hive, we would deem that animal species to have human-like technical intelligence and we would marvel at it and cultivate and coddle it if it were an ape or dolphin species. Chinese were and second inventors of paper; wasps were its first inventors, having invented it more than 150,000,000 million years ago, and they and their evolutionary descendants, the hornets, make it today to fashion their water-resistant or waterproof communal-living nests. Rather than using external tools as humans summarily do and as the great apes occasionally do, bees, wasps and hornets use their body parts as tools -- pouches on abdomens and hind legs for carrying honey or nectar and pollen, hollowed tongues for sucking and gathering pollen and nectar from flowers, stinger as a weapon against animal threats and for killing or paralyzing prey, mandible, and feet, for gathering wood, leaves, etc., for making resin, wax, silk and paper and to construct hives and nests from these, as well as for eating and feeding their larvae. Unlike most species of insect with antennae, not only are their antennae used to feel and taste, but hymenopterae can also hear, smell and taste with theirs and may be able to use them as radars. Little is available in information and pictures in the literature on the feet and hands of hymenopterae. A bird's eye look down at a communal wasp or hornet often perceives a biological machine rather than an animal for a number of species of these.

Should we have cognitively and technologically advanced insect neighbors related to and somewhat behaving like communal bee, wasp and/or hornet species living off of our planet and residing elsewhere in our solar system, we need not worry if we have not been bothered by them up to now, as in nature on Earth none of these species has posed a competitive or regularized threat to humans collectively, although in isolated incidents they have and do attack humans as individuals or in small groups when we provoke them or approach too near their hives or nests, (except for yellow-jacket wasps and killer bees, which will attack any creature capriciously, or during the angry season, the late summer, of yellow jackets) . Except for killer bees, all of these species tend to co-exist peacefully or in overall peace with humans and are beneficial to, and may be cooperative with humans, in their pollinating human crops and killing and devouring insects -- including crickets, mantises and spiders (which sometimes eat them) of all sizes -- that are pests to and destructive of human agriculture. Some species of hornets may be highly strategic and horrific predators, and swarming annihilaters and plunders of bee colonies, but they tend to avoid and not attack humans. Also, some species of wasps are known to perch and observe other animals and humans.

In our contacts with cognitively and technologically advanced exospecies we better not let our primate fascination and scientific curiosity overpower our prudence in our seeking to capture (abduct or kidnap, in criminal-law language), so we can voyeurize, and analyse the behavior and functioning of, members of those species as well as biologically dissect and study their bodies -- instead, maybe we can negotiate scientific mutual field-study exchanges among our scientists for studying, socially, psychologically and scholastically, our different species and the exchange of cadavers of the naturally deceased for mutual dissection and study of the bodies and biology of our different species, and share medical knowledge.

Nonetheless, it may be that life forms on Ceres, Europa, Enceladus, Titan and within Mars may not be evolved to the same degree, may not for the most part be technologically developed and may not have had contact with life forms alien to their worlds. However, there is life in our solar system beyond that of our planet Earth, that is flush with life like no other celestial body in our own solar system, from within the ocean floors, to all terrain and climate of land, to the air. Moreover, the hexagon of Saturn and its highly symmetrical, perfectly mechanical behavior is ostensibly an unnatural, artificial phenomenon created by a non-divine design, non-human intelligence resident in our solar system.

9. The benefits to humanity for its space exploration and robotic and human colonization of suitable other planets and moons (those with ample water) in our solar system are inestimably enormous. The short-term benefit would be a huge expansion of human commerce and the human economy from those that are Earth-bound to new ones that are interplanetary, with initially particularly the mining and quarrying of valuable metals, minerals, clay, sand and chemicals and the processing of these for the building, supplying and servicing of extraterrestrial communities and the on-site making of finished products, including tiles, bricks, glass, cement, spacecraft, sub-compact spacecraft, tools, machinery and equipment, electronics and jewelry, for local consumption and transport to Earth and other colonized planets and moons. Locally produced machinery, devices, electronics and medications would also be used to service, repair and upgrade visiting spacecraft and their and their personnel's devices and performance and health issues. Except for the forbidding cold weather and very thin atmosphere on Mars, it is the ideal planet for extraterrestrial human settlement -- in important ways a better world than Earth -- given its geologic and atmospheric placidity, meaning that it is a world free of hurricanes, cyclones, typhoons, storms of any kinds, monsoons, floods, tidal waves, fires, and seismic activity and earthquakes, and its antiseptic, sterile surface environment. In addition, being one of the three major traversable, absolutely rocky planetary bodies in our solar system, and situated between the first of these, our planet Earth, and the last of these, the asteroid belt, with both of these having been found to be endowed with abundant resources, Mars, in the middle, much be flush with a vast variety of industrial and human-settlement-supporting resources below its voluminous surface that would be more easily extractable than anywhere else in the solar system, if the means for this were there, including from Earth, and it would be more easily engineered and readily habitable for human hi-tech society than anywhere else in the solar system, other than Earth -- imagine carefully engineered, non-collapsible underground corridor cities with interlinking plumbing (with thick mist and steam running from faucets and showers for cleaning and bathing, with sparing use of water for toilet-waste flushing and recycling for food-production fertilizer) and high-speed subway rails and roads and office, shop and mall buildings, and homes and plug-in rechargeable all-electric cars charged and powered by electricity generated by surface ground wind turbines and solar arrays feeding subterranean electrical primary and backup, redundant electrical-power smart grids, with escalators, elevators and lighted stairways and tunnel walkways leading from and to lower and deep levels of the interior of Mars. It is a near certainty that the subsurface of Mars contains vast, oceanic, quantities of ice water, if not liquid water, or both, retaining much of the water of that once stood and flowed on it surface as oceans, seas, lakes, rivers and streams, and rain, but that left the surface by ground absorption and evaporation into its sky and loss into outerspace, as well as long evidenced such oil and natural gas reserves, and long known vast deposits of manganese, uranium and iron. Moreover, we can conservatively expect that Mars will harbor vast and wide-ranging caches of gem stones, marble and other aesthetic rock types, and precious metals, all of every kind found on Earth and in the asteroid belt. Industrial use of greenhouse gas-producing and climate-warming coal and oil detrimental to the health and stability of life on Earth, might be beneficial in warming the atmosphere and climate on Mars, and re-creating its cloud and rain system, for enabling it to again sustain surface standing and flowing water and to support again the flourishing of life on its surface. They can also be used to fabricate plastic for making some same, but good, plastic products made on Earth and coal might also be specially treated to used directly as a safe building material. Some aquaculture on Mars can be used as a Noah's Ark to preserve some of Earth's endangered water species and sites in its interior can be set asides for seed and genome banks to preserve permanently all of Earth's plant and animal species cells and DNA from the ravages of gung-ho savage and egregious, extermination and annihilation commercialism and capitalism, and social and political economic psychosis, and war on Earth.

If there is liquid water, or oceans and/or seas, below the surface and in the interior of Mars, such would mean that the geologic crust and body of Mars may provide permanently sufficient insulation from its cold surface and/or it has a sufficiently hot molten core and maybe simmering magma or volcanic activity within to support and sustain the liquid water and therefore, nutrient fermentation for the feeding of microbial and fungal life and their breeding and most probably, over the eons of its existence as a planet, an abundance of highly developed aquatic and marine life, and possibly ambulatory, subterranean terrestrial life, much of which may be cognitively simple food animals and plants, morally available for harvesting by humans and for human and human pet consumption. These bodies of water would also be oases for biological research and the introduction of scientific exploratory and research non-fossil-fuels-powered watercraft and submarines. Can we send survey spacecraft and satellites to Mars with high powered sonar probes to echo locate and map particularly ice and water, and incidentally valuable mineral, reservoirs and deposits and send follow-up excavation craft or technology to access them? Can we place space stations above Mars, each of its moons and designated asteroids as temporary and residences for rotating construction labor personnel and dock payload freight ferrying space shuttles on Mars and these to shuttle personnel, materials, tools and equipment between these bodies and the space stations in execution initial ground building and mining operations? Can the shuttles also be used to ferry building materials to these celestial bodies to construct settlement sites and to ferry tons of science-related and commercially valuable materials and objects back to Earth?

We cannot leave Mars alone or for expensive robotic pin-prick and scratch, scoop and poke missions, and expect the taxpayers and their representative government to endlessly fund, with enthusiasm, at permanent tremendous public expense and the sacrifice of funding other national needs, space science and exploration to satisfy the curiosity of Disneyland astrophysical scientists, an ivory-tower science intelligentsia, and the government-dependent aerospace industry with no public equity benefit or equity involvement and voice in the space projects. Astrophysical public and celebrity academics, and astrophysical academic and aerospace-industry science advisers to the President and Congress would have to be narcissistic and arrogant in thinking that because of their specialized knowledge in and experience with space science and exploration and the fact that their staffs may have the technical know-how in developing and launching spacecraft that they should have exclusive policy sway in or authority over the decision that space or planetary exploration will proceed with and rely on robots on a tinkering, pin-prick basis forever or indefinitely, without the committed prospect of human space-faring and settlement participation -- the term "astrophysical academics" refers to professors of astrophysics, astrogeology, astrobiology and astronomy. Other intellectuals and highly educated people in other occupations (professors, teachers, doctors, dentists, engineers, mathematicians, scientists in other fields of study, lawyers, science fiction writers, novelists, journalists, entrepreneurs, millionaires and billionaires, executives, managers, aspiring students, etc.) can think equally well and will only endorse expensive governmentally supported space science enthusiastically en masse, in the majority, if they can perceive the prospect of it opening new vistas of opportunity and wild fascination to themselves and their children, or their species, in the foreseeable future. A vigorous and aggressive, rapid-paced program for a human and robotic presence on and exploration of Mars and its two moons, with truthful public disclosure of life-supporting and economy expanding resources within human industrial and commercial grasp on Mars, will ignite public enthusiasm and passion, of adults and children alike, and generous continuous funding support for the space program. The treatment of the space program as a revolving mega-billion-dollar subscription video game for primarily pure-science, to the exclusion of utilitarian, equity-science, projects to entertain the intellect and tease the curiosity of Disneyland astrophysical scientists and the space-science intelligentsia is a financial and psychological stress on the tolerance of very much of the public and Congress, who want to see spell-binding utilitarian space-science equity prospects for their tax money, in addition to gains in scientific knowledge for their and their children's continuing science education. Space science must proceed concurrently as pure and utilitarian science; that is, it must be both a knowledge and long-term economic investment, with monetary returns to the benefit of the communitarian common good on our home planet and colonized planets. With particular emphasis, equity dividends from revenue generating operations on Mars and in the asteroid belt should accrue to the taxpayers toward funding for their universal health care, free public higher education, Social Security retirement pensions and medicare, scientifically ambitious, routine rapid-turnover NASA and JPL projects and tax cuts on non-excessive bona-fide employment income. This revenue should forever be appropriated for these purposes inasmuch as it has been the decades-long pioneering work of NASA and JPL, funded by government (that is, taxpayer-citizenry money), that has originated, developed, pioneered and spearheaded extensive space travel, exploration and science and technology, that private enterprise successors will need to adopt and from which they will need to branch for their extraterrestrial commercial pursuits, in eternal debt to the communitarian taxpayer government and these two agencies.

In the meantime, adequate funding of the space program as well as the government revenues for the expungement of the national debt and federal and state deficit spending might be possible by all religious institutions volunteering, by permanent law, to render unto Caesar what is Caesar's by paying taxes on all of its property and income like all other citizens and entities in the U.S., on a sliding scale, with respect to the income, based on verified levels of proven, authentic expenditures on charitable services they render, and by Congress instituting by statute an automatically triggered war or military action tax when war or military actions are undertaken by the executive branch of the federal government. Religious and charitable institutions and organization should be tax exempt only on donations and income they receive that are specifically expended on providing food, clothing, hygiene, shelter, medical and academic education services to the truly needy and on the facilities, materials and personnel involved in providing these.

Mars is a six-month space flight away, feasibly reducible to a three-month, even one-month, flight within the near future and our moon is a three-day flight away. We need to think and organize in terms of "ships," as in spaceships and spaceship fleets, that can provision lengthy human voyages, in going to this newest New World frontier, a many-fold richer frontier than the European discovery of the frontier of the fabulously flora and fauna, and mineral and water bodies and ways rich American continent and its outlying islands. Cowpokes and city folks, it's time to jump on your star bucks and in your Rocket 88s and high-power zoom it to Mars now! From the very beginning, we must good ecology-caring and preservationist stewards of Mars and the moon, and, as for industrial and commercial enterprises that operate there, we must legislate and strictly enforce sustainability and renewable resource-use and waste recycling practices. We must not tolerate rapacious, irresponsible, pollute, dump, wreck and ruin, depletion, extermination-and-annihilation olde-world, primitive commercialism and capitalism, or racists, or ethnic, national, religious, class or wealth chauvinists, or gun fondlers and weapons worshipers, or white-collar criminals and the other criminal types to reside or visit there -- let them stay on this savage-animal, jungle planet, where they best fit. If capitalism is to abide on Mars, its moons, the asteroids and our moon, it must be reformed, new-era Good-Steward Communitarian Capitalism with a Conscience, but not with a dunce cap. In spirit the name of the Mars civilization to come ironically should be E. Pluribus Unum Pax Humanus, and it would be appropriate for the legacy language of the Renaissance and Enlightenment eras of Europe, that gave rise to the rebirth of democratic-republic government and free-thinking scholarship and science, to be the global language there, which would be Latin. Mars also should maintain libraries and repositories for physical and digital copies, as appropriate, of all of Earth's civilizations' and cultures' science, educational and great, popular and folk literature, and of their such artwork and music, and should have schools, universities, libraries, museums, medical facilities and technical research and development institutions and facilities.

As for the obstacle of the $20,000.00-per-pound prohibitive expense of space-flight carrying or ferrying of even modest cargo loads with the present generation of spacecraft, this issue will shortly be overcome with spacecraft made of super-light but incomparably strong nano-tube materials for constructing vehicles, mechanisms and machinery, electronics and buildings as well as for constructing return vehicles from Mars and the asteroids loaded with heavy metallic materials to be delivered as cargo to Earth -- as a matter of reality versus impractical political correctness, we might enter into international joint ventures utilizing technically competent but low cast labor for such vehicle and equipment construction on Earth. Indeed, in the meanwhile, given the vast amounts of gold, platinum and all other precious and valuable metals in these locations, without human populations present in them to steal these, and gem stones of all kinds, the spacecraft can be fabricated of these metals (gold, platinum, etc.) and be loaded with relatively light-weight cargoes of whatever gem stones are found there (surely these will include diamonds, emeralds, rubies, sapphires, etc., that will compete in size and quality with the best discovered on Earth), and be piloted for touch down on Earth on and in militarily secured, unpopulated islands and deserts -- until nano-tech materials takeover as the primary materials for vehicle construction. Thus, the cargo and its transporter would largely be one and the same. The machinery necessary for mining and manufacturing can be sent in the form of multipurpose spacecraft communities that could serve these functions and as on-site workday shelters and facilities for commuting laborers. Our nearby celestial neighbors will be able to supply Mars itself and the Earth with an untold variety of natural resources, or raw materials, and metallic and mineral wealth and fascinate and inspire the coming generations of our children, as they witness and participate in the establishment and development of extraterrestrial high-tech civilizations, for many centuries, if not millennia -- there are also ideas under consideration for changing the atmosphere of our celestial twin Venus that would cool this planet and make it habitable (again?) by humans. As soon as we begin to set up human extraterrestrial outposts as beachheads for colonizing and mining the Moon, Mars and its two moons, and the asteroids, inter-celestial and interplanetary travel, transport and commerce will commence and the American and space-faring Earth economies will expand and boom again. However, the nations that have manufacturing know-how, facilities and trained work forces will be the dominant beneficiaries of the near-Earth extraterrestrial economy -- U.S.A., be warned and take heed. Russia and the European Union, Japan, India and China have proven themselves to be competent space-faring societies and the U.S. has lapsed to near the bottom of these as a manufacturing society. The nations able to establish themselves extraterrestrially at the least cost are the nations most likely to have a dominant presence in extraterrestrial space and in harnessing it economically.

Concerning the other obstacle to human space travel and interplanetary colonization of bone thinning or loss, this problem can be currently addressed and possibly remedied or minimized by better study, understanding, and tweaking, development and broader application of sonic frequency and vibratory technology, innovated in Canada, that has been proven to be 100% effective for regrowing jaw bone and teeth. Spacecraft walls, beds, chairs and exercise apparatus might be specially engineered to incorporate sonic frequency and vibratory micro-technology that stimulates -- along with astronauts' intake of bone and skeletal-health pharmaceuticals -- the bones, joints and connective tissues of astronauts for the maintenance of their normalcy. This same technology might be employed in human jewelry, habitats and clothes on alien worlds in our solar system to serve the same purpose. In addition, since nature has endowed our species with so much individual biodiversity, we can recruit for extraterrestrial laborers and settlers from the smart, gentle and highly trainable in the subpopulation of human individuals with high bone density and a family history of least bone loss over aging and in old age. We might also study the crawling patterns and stages (like from flat on-stomach and arms and legs crawling to raised lateral-torso hands and knees crawling, etc) of our infants and train personnel for extraterrestrial missions for lifelong daily crawling and gymnastic exercises and swimming (with swimming pools and gymnastic and monkey-bar equipment at extraterrestrial settlement sites) for the reprogramming of our spinal cords, brains, musculature and sensory-motor systems to aid in the maintenance of our bipedal and manual functionality as well as for the preservation of our bone density and skeletal integrity. For alien-born mutant humans the issue of high bone density may not be germane on their low-gravity native worlds, for which they are likely to be uniquely physiologically adapted with an appropriate bone-density for functioning in or on those worlds. We can expect that our young children resettled and infants born on alien worlds with large gravitational and atmospheric differences from those of our Earth will grow up to be divergent humans, increasingly physically different from our version of humans and will be uniquely best physically and functionally adapting and adapted to their host worlds compared to us, their progenitor kindred -- for us, seminal or the root-source humans, these are alien worlds; but for them, transformed or epigenic ET humans, these are their second-nature, native worlds. Humans are nevertheless likely to be labor functional on extraterrestrial worlds with the use of lightweight, super-strength-conferring exoskeleton suits well under development by a DARPA project of the federal government of the U.S. and a project of Sarcos Research Inc. of Salt Lake City, UT, as well as by Japan's HAL-5 such suit designed to afford physical independence and mobility for otherwise permanently movement-impaired or physically immobile people. The local intrabreeding of these nativized offspring on their different host worlds can be expected to produce over an estimated fifteen to twenty generations at least functionally and phenotypically different humans on each of the different worlds of human settlement -- we and our ET posterity will both be witnesses to evolutionary species mutation and divergence on a tremendously hastened or accelerated timescale, courtesy of a radically different gravity strength and geochemistry on Earth from that on each of the newly human-colonized ET worlds. Hopefully we will still and always regard ourselves as an interfacing, interacting solar-system community of human brethren and species equals.

The outposts and ensuing extraterrestrial villages must be luxurious and appointed with the full range of living and working amenities to make life there as comfortable and enjoyable as possible so people physically and psychologically suited to reside, work and build there will be motivated to go and want to stay there, and soon will no longer be homesick for Earth. We must not waste time and resources in trying to make these celestial bodies Earth-like, with respect to flora, fauna and topographical liquid-water bodies and systems. We should fashion an architectural and topographical environmental aesthetic fusing minerals, stone and technology that is uniquely reflective and complementary of the natural materials and mood of the features of these topographically barren solar bodies -- in time, there will be lights, see-through domed habitation craters, see-through, maybe luminescent, covered canals and high-speed railways and solar-vehicle recharge stations and roads everywhere. Architecturally, a Stone Henge village seems quite right on the moonscape. Craters, with human-made stairways, might be ideal sites for constructing, depending on their sizes, domed or bubble villages and towns with hotels and malls, and governmental, medical and educational centers, as well as for separated R&D, industrial and warehouse complexes, electrical-power and sports and recreational facilities, airports and liquid water reservoirs, etc.

The other benefit of human space travel and settlement will be for the dramatic and continuous development, evolution and adaptability of our species, our cognition and ingenuity, and our science and technology (not to obscure biotechnology and the innovation of super-nutritious tech foods, no thanks to Monsanto Corp.). We would be compelled and would be sure to upgrade and greatly advance our knowledge and understanding of biology, chemistry, physics and engineering, and dramatically advance our application of these, in this undertaking beyond our current ability to conceive. Hopefully, the benefit to us from a close and cordial contact with advanced, technologically intelligent alien-world life would be for our biological and medical improvement, and giant leap-forward, rapid social, scientific and technological advancement as recipients of such life's superior knowledge and scientific and technological achievement and standard of existence (or quality of life). Not only would we hopefully be able to advance our problem-solving knowledge and know-how under the mentorship and education of cognitively and technologically more highly advanced extraterrestrial beings, but they might be able to impart in us super abilities we do not have and of which we have no conception. We should reach out endlessly to whatever friendly, more highly advanced ETs who or that would be available to us to further mentor, educate, develop and improve us and our societies.
